Day 1: Arrival at Jomo Kenyatta Airport and transfer to Hotel
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Meet and greet assistance by our staff, introduction to your driver guide then you will be briefed about your tour as you are driven to your city Hotel. Overnight stay atNairobi Serena Hotel/ Pride Inn Azure Hotel, Nairobi. Meal Plan: Dinner.
Day 2 of 9 Days Magical Kenya Classic Safari: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park (5 hours drive)
After your morning breakfast, you will be driven to Amboseli National Park. It is located in the southern parts of Kenya and it borders Tanzania. The park is well known for its large elephant herds and immense views of Mountain Kilimanjaro. The observation from the park hills offers clear views of Kilimanjaro Peak, swamp, Lake Amboseli and the park plains. The late afternoon will be spent on game drive till evening where you will be able to spot big herds of elephants, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. Day 3 of 9 Days Magical Kenya Classic Safari: Amboseli Game Drive
The whole day will be spent on a game drive for both morning and evening game drive where the morning game drive will start at 0630 hours and the evening one at 1600 hours respectively. Amboseli is a place of stunning views of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro rising above the clouds dominates every aspect of Amboseli and the park has several lakes and swamps that attract several wildlife and bird species. So the guide will help you to spot Big Elephant and Buffalo herds, giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and hundreds of bird species. The rest of time will be for resting and relaxation. Day 4: Amboseli National Park – Aberdare National Park (8 hours drive)
You will be driven to Aberdare National Park after the breakfast. Aberdare National Park which is a protected area in the Aberdare Mountain Range in central Kenya located east of the East African Rift Valley. This evening and night will be for game viewing from the comfort of a special raised safari vehicle as you watch animals. visit the lodge’s flood drink water and salt lick, you will also spot elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others. Rare sightings include those of the Giant Forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker. Dinner and overnight stay at Tree Tops Lodge. Meal plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 5: Aberdare – Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy (3 hours drive)
After the delicious breakfast, you will be transferred to Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy ssituated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya. Upon arrival check-in at the lodge of choice for lunch. The Evening (1600hours) will be for game drive at Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy. The Conservancy host all the members of the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), it has a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any Kenyan national park and is one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya. At the forefront of the Kenyan conservancy program, the conservancy boasts the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa including “Baraka” the male, blind black rhino, it also hosts the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, and shelters large numbers of rare and endangered species. Day 6: Ol Pejeta Wildlife Conservancy – Lake Nakuru National Park (4 hours drive)
Breakfast will be served. Check out by 0800 hrs and embark on a south western drive, skirting the Aberdare Mountain ranges and driving down the floor of the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Nakuru National Park. It is known for its large population of flamingos in Lake Nakuru and it is one of the Great Rift Valley lakes. So you will have a short stop over at the rift valley which is at an elevation of 1,754 m above sea level for photos. Check-in at your lodge and later have lunch as you wait for your late afternoon and evening game drive, so the guide will help you locate Lake Nakuru, the alkaline lake that hosts several bird species and plenty of animal species like Buffalos, White Rhinos, Water Bucks, Lions and Rothschild Giraffes among others. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge/ Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 7: Lake Nakuru National Park – Masai Mara National Reserve (6 hours drive)
After morning breakfast, head to Masai Mara National Reserve which is located in the south western parts of Kenya and the reserve borders Tanzania forming Serengeti National in the Tanzanian side. It has rich ecosystem with preserved savannah wilderness and the wildebeest traverse its plains during the annual migration. Upon your arrival in the afternoon, you will be served lunch and the evening will be spent on game drive in search of the BIG 5 (Elephants, Lions, Leopard, Buffaloes, and Rhinos with several other animals including Impalas, Gazelles, Wildebeests, Hyenas, Topis, Zebras, Giraffes and hundreds of bird species. Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/ / Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 8 of 9 Days Magical Kenya Classic Safari: Masai Mara Game Drive
Have early morning breakfast ready for the morning and late afternoon game drive. The reserve hosts over 450 species of mammals and over 500 species of birds. So the whole day will be spent in viewing the BIG 5 (Elephants, Lions, Leopard, Buffaloes, and Rhino) Also other animal species like Impalas, Gazelles, Wildebeests, Hyenas, Topis, Zebras, Giraffes and hundreds of bird species. The annual Wildebeests Migration from Serengeti to Masai Mara also takes place here between July and October when millions of Wildebeests and Zebras closely trailed by the Big Cats cross the Mara River and roam the reserve’s vast plains in search of greener pastures. Overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/ Agamba Mara Lodge/ Mara Simba Lodge Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.
Day 9: Masai Mara National Reserve – Nairobi/ Departure (6 hours drive)
After your early morning breakfast, you will be driven back to Nairobi then Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Lunch will be served in one the restaurants in Nairobi before you are transferred to the Airport for your flight back home Meal Plan: Breakfast and Lunch. END OF SERVICE.
